Tenant profiles, credit ratings, unit counts, typical lease terms, watch notes and other figures are compiled from public sources believed to be reliable, including rating agencies, company filings and trade press. They have not been independently verified, may be incomplete or out of date, and can change without notice. No warranty or representation, express or implied, is made as to their accuracy or completeness.
Credit ratings
Credit ratings are the opinions of the agencies that issue them and can change at any time. A rating shown for a tenant may belong to a parent company rather than the entity that signs or guarantees a particular lease. A rating is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any property or security.
Lease terms and pricing
Typical lease terms and any cap rate figures are general market observations. They are not a valuation of any specific property and are not a prediction of future performance. Actual rent, term, guaranty, pricing and returns vary from property to property.

The Tenant Wire summarizes third-party reporting and links to the original publishers, which I don't control. Including a headline is not an endorsement of the publisher or its content, and doesn't mean I or Marcus & Millichap were involved in any transaction mentioned.
