What I collect
Only what you type into the valuation form: your name, email, phone number, the property address, and any lease details and notes you choose to share. If you reach the form from a link on one of my mailers, the form also notes which mailer it was. The site has no accounts, cookies or ads.
To see how many people visit, and which pages and mailers bring them, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or identify you; it counts page views and records general details such as the page, the referring site, your browser type and approximate country.
How it's used and who it's shared with
I use it to answer your request, prepare a broker opinion of value and follow up with you about your property. It's shared with:
- Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions on my behalf.
- Cloudflare, which provides the site's visit counts (no form information is sent to it).
- Marcus & Millichap, because my client correspondence and records are kept in the firm's systems.
I don't sell your information. To make a formal request that it never be sold, email james.long@marcusmillichap.com.
Other companies involved when you visit
Fonts load from Google Fonts and pages are served by Netlify, so both receive your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads, under their own privacy policies. This site doesn't add any service that tracks your activity across other websites over time.
